1. Shipping Area
Baby Coconut currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

2. Shipping Costs
Great news — shipping is completely FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Every Baby Coconut order ships at no charge to you, regardless of your order size or value. There are no hidden fees, no shipping thresholds, and no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, our team begins preparing your order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your package is handed off to the carrier.
A few important notes about processing:
• Orders placed after [CUTOFF TIME — e.g., 2:00 PM EST] may be processed starting the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays are not processed until the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

U.S. Federal Holidays on which orders are not processed include (but are not limited to): New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
4. Delivery Time

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your order number and a summary of the items shipped
• The name of the carrier handling your shipment
• A tracking number with a direct link to track your package in real time

• Carrier service disruptions or operational delays

During busy seasons — particularly November through January — please allow extra time for your order to arrive. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our baby clothing to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or something is missing, here is what to do:
• Check your tracking link for the latest delivery status before contacting us.
• Check around your delivery location — packages are sometimes left with a neighbor or in a secure spot.
• If your package shows as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, allow 1–2 additional business days as carriers occasionally update tracking ahead of actual delivery.
• If your package is clearly lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@shopbabycoconut.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
When contacting us about a lost or damaged shipment, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and — in cases of damage — photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This helps us resolve your case quickly.
