2. Return Window — 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We calculate the return window from the date shown as "Delivered" in your shipping tracking information.

 

       Returns requested within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.

       Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

       If you are unsure of your delivery date, check your shipping confirmation email or tracking link, or contact us, and we will look it up for you.

 

We recommend initiating your return as early as possible to ensure your request is processed within the eligible window.

 

3. How to Start a Return

Please do not ship items back to us without contacting our support team first. To start your return, follow these simple steps:

2.    Receive your prepaid return label — Our team will review your request and, if eligible, email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

3.    Pack and ship your item — Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if available, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

4.    We inspect the return — Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.

5.    Your refund is processed — If the return passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

 

You will receive an email confirmation at each key stage of the process — when your label is sent, when we receive your return, and when your refund has been issued.

Contacting us before shipping is required so we can issue your prepaid return label and ensure your return is processed smoothly. This requirement does not restrict your right to return eligible items — it simply helps us serve you better.

 

5. Return Conditions

To be accepted for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

 

       Unworn and unused — Items must not have been worn, washed, or used in any way.

       Original condition — No visible signs of wear, staining, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

       Tags and labels intact — All original Baby Coconut tags, care labels, and any attached accessories must be in place and unremoved.

       Original packaging — Items should be returned in their original packaging (bags, boxes, tissue wrap) whenever possible.

       Within the return window — The return must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

 

We understand that you need to inspect baby clothing to check sizing and quality — that is completely fine. However, items that show signs of actual use beyond inspection will not be accepted for a refund.

 

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we will contact you to explain the situation. We may return the item to you at no charge or offer a partial credit at our discretion, depending on the condition of the item.

 

6. Free Return Shipping & Return Address

Return shipping is completely FREE. Baby Coconut provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns — you pay nothing to send items back to us.

 

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid label. Simply print it, attach it to your return package, and drop it off at the carrier's nearest location.

 

Please do not ship returns to any address other than the one shown on your prepaid label. Our returns are processed at the following address:

7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

 

       Refund timeline: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

       Refund method: Your refund will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).

       Refund amount: You will receive a full refund for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, if any, were applied to your order and are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

       Confirmation email: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed on our end.

 

Please note that while we process refunds within 7 business days, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Most financial institutions post refunds within 3–10 additional business days after processing. If you have not seen your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue is unresolved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

While we accept returns on the vast majority of our baby clothing items, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

 

       Final sale items — Any items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

       Gift cards — Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

       Items not in returnable condition — Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, or that are missing original tags and packaging, are not eligible for a refund.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
