Orders

Ordering is quick and straightforward:

  • Browse our collection at shopbabycoconut.com
  • Select your item, choose the correct size, and click Add to Cart
  • When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout
  • Enter your shipping details and payment information
  • Review your order and click Place Order

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Order Change Policy

We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible โ€” ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel it โ€” but you can return it once it arrives, in accordance with our return policy.

Yes! As soon as your order is placed, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email includes your order summary, estimated processing time, and a reference number.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking information.

US Only

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If you're outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, feel free to reach out to us at support@shopbabycoconut.com.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take a bit longer. We'll keep you updated by email.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Most orders arrive sooner.

Exact delivery timelines may vary based on your carrier and region. You'll be able to track your package in real time once it's on its way.

Tracking Info

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly and we'll look into it right away.

If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Starting a return is simple. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.

Refund Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3โ€“5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3โ€“7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please reach out and we'll investigate immediately.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked clearly on the product page)

Products

Baby skin is delicate, and we take that seriously. We carefully select fabrics that are soft, breathable, and gentle โ€” including cotton blends and other skin-friendly materials designed for newborns and infants.

Each product listing on our website includes a full breakdown of the fabric content. We recommend reading the product description before purchasing if your little one has specific sensitivities.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your baby's current weight and height and comparing them to the size chart provided.

Keep in mind that babies grow quickly โ€” if your baby is between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit and more wear time. If you have questions about sizing for a specific item, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Specific care instructions are included on the label of each garment and in the product description on our website. In general, we recommend:

  • Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water
  • Use a mild, baby-safe detergent
  • Avoid bleach or harsh fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry on low heat, or lay flat to dry

Following these care instructions will help maintain the softness, shape, and color of your baby's clothing longer.

Yes. We select all products with a baby's safety and comfort in mind. Our clothing is designed to be free of rough seams, irritating embellishments, and harmful chemicals.

As with any baby product, we always recommend washing items before first use to remove any residue from storage or shipping.

Issues & Support

We're so sorry this happened โ€” it's not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.

When you reach out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

First, check your tracking link from your shipping confirmation email โ€” it will show the latest status of your delivery.

If your tracking shows no update in 5+ business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed with no package, please contact us:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge.
