Order Tracking
Enter your order number and the billing email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your order.
Where to find your order number
Your order number is in the subject line and body of the order confirmation email we sent when you placed the order. It is also shown under Orders in your account if you created one at checkout.
When tracking becomes available
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. We email a carrier tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so if you ordered within the last 2 business days there may not be carrier tracking yet. Full timings are on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, email support@shopbabycoconut.com with your order number and we will look into it.
