These terms apply when you use shopbabycoconut.com or buy from us. Please read them before ordering. In these terms, “we” and “Baby Coconut” mean Baby Coconut, 10 E Robert Toombs Ave, Washington, GA 30673, USA.
Using this site
You may use this site to browse our range and place orders. You may not use it to break the law, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products, their materials and their dimensions as accurately as we can. Photographs are intended to represent the product, but colour can vary between screens, and wood is a natural material with variation in grain and tone between individual pieces.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. Shipping is free on every order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken through our secure checkout. By ordering, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Those times are estimates, not promises, and carrier delays can occur.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Assembly and use
Where a product requires assembly, follow the supplied instructions and check fittings are tight before use. Children’s furniture should be used with appropriate adult supervision for the child’s age and ability.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Intellectual property
The Baby Coconut name, logo, site content and product photography belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
