Ordering and delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days once dispatched, so most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 2 business days of ordering, contact us and we will send it over.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and once dispatched an order has to be handled as a return.

Returns and refunds

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 7 business days of the returned item reaching us, back to the original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged or defective, was the wrong item, or was not as described. If you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost.

Do items need to be in their original packaging?

For change of mind returns, yes. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with all fittings included. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or defective. See the Return & Refund Policy for the full terms.

Is there a restocking fee?

No.

Products

What are your products made from?

Our range is made from solid woods and plywoods including pine, beech, rubberwood, cherry, birch plywood and marine grade plywood. The exact material for each piece is listed on its product page.

Do items arrive assembled?

Assembly requirements vary by piece. Check the individual product page for details, and contact us before ordering if you need to know for a specific item.

What age are these designed for?

Recommended age guidance is shown on each product page where it applies. If you are unsure whether a piece suits your child, email us and we will help you choose.

What are the dimensions?

Every product page lists full dimensions. If you need a measurement that is not shown, contact us and we will measure it for you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. The accepted card brands are shown at checkout and in the site footer.

Is checkout secure?

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Baby Coconut does not store your full card details on our servers.
