Return & Refund Policy
If something is not right with your order, you have 30 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return. The terms below apply to all orders and match the terms shown at checkout.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Reasons we accept
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is not as described
- You changed your mind, within the 30 day window
Condition of returned items
As standard practice, items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all fittings and fixings included. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or defective, were the wrong item, or were not as described. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How to start a return
Email support@shopbabycoconut.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach photographs, which helps us resolve it faster. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs
If the item arrived damaged or defective, was the wrong item, or was not as described, Baby Coconut covers the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is yours.
Restocking fee
Baby Coconut does not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Refund timeframe
Once your returned item reaches us and has been checked, we process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement, which is outside our control.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, say so in your email and we will arrange an exchange for the same item where stock allows.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and once an order has been dispatched it must be handled as a return under this policy.
