Shipping Policy
Every Baby Coconut order ships free within the United States, with no minimum order value. The details below apply to all orders and match the terms shown at checkout.
Where we ship
Baby Coconut ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, and we cannot ship to addresses outside the USA.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no separate shipping charge is added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.
Transit time
Once dispatched, orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Total delivery time
Processing and transit together mean most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at support@shopbabycoconut.com.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout, as we cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can occasionally extend transit times beyond the estimate above. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, email support@shopbabycoconut.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not reached you, contact us within the 30 day return window described in our Return & Refund Policy and we will put it right.
